About Conference

My Symposium on Practice as Research (MySPaR) was established in 2018 by the Centre for Postgraduate Studies of the National Academy of Arts, Culture and Heritage (ASWARA), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. MySPaR focuses on the niche area of research methodology of practice, such as research in the field of the arts. This event recognizes tacit knowledge as a form of absolute knowledge.

The objective of the symposium is to gather leading academicians, scholars, researchers, practitioners, and postgraduate students in order to share new knowledge and ideas as well as to discuss current developments in their individual areas of art research and practice.

We are delighted to announce the 3^rd My Symposium on Practice as Research (MySPaR) International 2024 will be physically held at the Wings by Croske Resort and Balai Seni Negara Langkawi Malaysia from 4^th to 7^th December 2024.

Concept of Presentation: This is a mobile artistic presentation immerse with several locations in the hotel. Public is welcome to register as audience.
